If you want to ask your engineer to create a project folder and have same construction like below.

Can you image how long will be taken to do this? 1 minute, 10minutes or one hour? and we ask engineer to do this for every projects.

My way is created this folders in a shared floder with any data but you can put some forms in, your engineers can copy this shared folder to the project folder and make a few modifications.

That is so easy, right!!
